Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the Services and meet our legal obligations. Newsletter subscription records are retained for the life of the subscription plus thirty (30) days; server logs are retained for up to ninety (90) days.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect personal information — encrypted connections, encrypted storage for sensitive fields, and access controls for staff. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we become aware of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
Children
The Services are not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.
International Data Transfers
